V. C. Ramakrishna (VCR) Kumar is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Business Consultant, and Finance Leader with over three decades of professional experience across audit, corporate finance, governance, consulting, and institutional finance management in India and overseas.

He holds a Continuous Certificate of Practice (CoP) since 18 July 1995, celebrating the Silver Jubilee of professional practice, and has served in leadership roles including CFO, General Manager–Finance, Partner, Director, and Independent Consultant across listed companies, educational institutions, infrastructure groups, and international assignments. His career spans India’s liberalized, globalized, and privatized economy, with hands-on exposure to public listed companies, PPP institutions, large infrastructure groups, non-profits, and overseas enterprises.
